Academic Exchanges at the Norway-China-Japan-South Korea Network for Smart, Safe and Sustainable Healthcare (NINJAS4CARE) Workshop!

In June 2024, Professor Gu attended the NINJAS4CARE Workshop in Trondheim, Norway, where she presented her research. The workshop brought together researchers from Norway, China, Japan, and South Korea to share their studies and initiatives aimed at developing smart, safe, and sustainable healthcare. Professor Gu introduced her research and discussed possibilities for future international collaboration with the participating researchers. She also introduced the Institute of Science Tokyo, which was scheduled to be established in October of the same year through the merger of Tokyo Institute of Technology and Tokyo Medical and Dental University. Her presentation highlighted the new university’s vision and its potential to create social value by integrating science and engineering with medical and dental sciences.
